Located on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Tampa is a cultural and family vacation destination where you will find a choice of Museums, Restaurants, famous attractions such as Lowry Park Zoo.Popular months for visitors are Dec–Jan, Mar–May and Jul.

1. Busch Garden

Busch Garden is one of the most iconic theme park in all America.It’s famed for its fusion of adrenaline-pumping rollercoasters and wildlife exhibitions, with the legendary Serengeti Plain enclosure bombard in as one of the first in the world to offer animals free roaming in a mock-up of their original habitat.Introducing the all-new ride “Cobra’s Curse” – for those who dare!

2. Florida Aquarium

With exhibitions focussed on the wetland habitats of Florida itself, complete with snapping gators  the Florida Aquarium is the go-to place in Tampa for exploring the sea.Other draws include a 60-foot-long coral garden that’s flooded with a kaleidoscope of colourful tropical fish and underwater plant life, organised ‘Swim with the Fishes’ excursions that immerse visitors.

 

3. Tampa Theatre

Historical and breathtaking theatre built in 1926 and saved by the City in 1973. Experience a new way to do theatre at this castle-like building in Downtown Tampa. Showings of independent films as well as other events such as tours, music performances, and more.Visitors do visit this place.

 

4. Room Escape Games

Tampa Bay Escape Room is a real life escape room game. This is quite interesting concept in the US, it’s a race against the clock of heart pounding fun! You and your friends or team will enter one of our themed game rooms, where you will have 60 minutes to figure out how to escape. You will need to find clues, solve puzzles, crack codes, and investigate everything to make it out! But can you do it before time is up?

5. Tampa Bay History Center

The Tampa Bay History center features Three floors of 12,000 years of Florida history.One of Tampa’s premier cultural attractions, the History Center’s cutting-edge, interactive exhibits provide a fun, educational experience for visitors of all ages.

 

6. Big Cat Rescue

Dedicated to conserving and caring for big cats of all shapes and sizes, the Big Cat Rescue facility in Tampa is now home to more than 80 creatures that have been saved from circus acts, big game hunters,and the like. Visitors can opt to take full day tours of the sanctuary to see leopards and tigers, lions and bobcats, all housed in enclosures that mimic each cat’s natural habitat.

Night safaris and guided photo tours are also on the menu.

7. Adventure Island

Cool off from the sun at the Adventure Island water park.With an overarching tropical theme, the park comes complete with lagoons built to look like the bayous of the Deep South,  manmade beaches following the fashion of the sands of the Mexican Gulf, and Caribbean-flavored attractions like the twists and turns of the Calypso Coaster flume. There’s also an on-site eatery – the Surfside Café – along with a mock-up beach shack serving iced cocktails and chilled beers.

 

8. Oystercatchers

With its innovative cocktails and contemporary furniture, the lounge, outside patio and lower bay-level deck provide a comfortable yet chic hotspot for locals and visitors alike.There visually stimulating water views and sunsets provide a unique environment to enjoy feature wines and appetizers. In short, it’s American seafood meets fine-dining meets perfect views of the Florida coast!

9. Zoo Tampa At Lowery Park

Head to Safari Africa to see some of the finest natural wildlife at close hand: elephants, zebras, meerkats, white rhinos, cheetahs, pygmy hippos, okapi, African penguins and much more! Guests can stand on the feeding plateau of Safari Africa and get eye to eye with the tallest animals in the world – giraffes.

 

10. Glazer Children’s Museum

The Glazer Children’s Museum is an ideal family attraction in Tampa. With over 170 exhibits and 12 different themed areas, children can spend the day learning, exploring and having fun. Popular exhibits and activities include a cruise ship simulation, building a noodle sculpture, designing a city and sliding down a fireman’s pole.
