Wright’s Gourmet House

If you are looking for a café deli around Tampa one of the most visited café by locals and tourists a like is the Wright’s Gourmet House located at 1200 S. Dale Mabry Tampa, Fl.  They have been in the food industry since 1963. With a wide variety of food and services to please their guest. They are widely known for their hearty deli sandwiches, fresh salads, and delicious desserts.

Their signature sandwiches include the beef martini and the golden gate. Wright’s also offers House Blended Iced Tea and a crazy selection of Bottled Beverages.  The dining room (tables are super close together) is decorated with cool American/French art; this is juxtaposed with a menu written on an old school chalkboard.  Wright’s is friendly, Wright’s is cool, Wright’s takes care of their customers, and most importantly —Wright’s has amazing food.

Wright’s is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and we’re closed on Sundays. We also can meet guests early in the morning – we’ve done 4:00 a.m. – or later in the evening to accommodate their needs.

If you love sandwiches get yourself over to Tampa with a quickness.

Lakeland’s Nineteen61

There is a lot of variety of restaurants to eat in Lakeland. Seafood is one of the most poplar dish due to its freshness since Lakeland is close to the Gulf Coast. However, if you are looking for something different such as a delicious Spanish fusion then I recommend Nineteen61.

Nineteen61 Latin Cuisine, opened Fall of 2015 in Downtown Lakeland. The conceptualized Restaurant is an integration of Modern Spanish style with Latin American and Southern propensities, in a setting unique to Central Florida.

While Nineteen 61 certainly is not cheap it is most definitely worth the price. And you’re not just paying for food; you’re paying for a fine dining experience. The service, even at lunch, was top notch. The chef, Marcos Fernandez, was happy to come out and chat with me, and he was incredibly kind. At nighttime, Nineteen 61 features live music and an intimate atmosphere.

The next time you want to “treat yourself” I’d definitely recommend trying Nineteen 61.

Here are some great reviews from their facebook page and Yelp:
